Reflections

We are dreaming all the time.
Our lives seem at one and the
same moment to be uniquely our own
and altogether new, yet they carry an ancestral aura.
James Hillman

~

By delving into deeper realms of our dreams,
of our imaginations, we are privy to the spontaneous life of our existence.
This is the source of creation frequently feared,
often held in reverence.

To enter this modality is
to know not,
yet to know,
to be not,
yet to be.

It has meaning and reality because of its existence alone.
It is beyond conflict and contradiction,
beyond discussion of what is.

This place stirs images and thoughts which transcend the personal and
delve into that “ancestral aura” becoming conscious of a “solidarity of all life,
a unity of feeling between individuals,
as well as a sense of harmony with the whole of nature and life.”*

Reflecting this tradition,
yet free from specific systems,
these works are the
daydreams of a life,
sanctuaries of devotion,
moments of contemplation.
